Jester is my first "real" Basenji. I am very proud of what I have reached with him. Jester is a very typefull, impressing and temperament showing Male with a huge ego. He knows exactly how he can get what he wants. Jester is, although he is quite young, the leader of the pack.
  
The meaning of "Anam Chara" comes from the Irish-Gaelic (ancient Irish) and its meaning is Soulmate.
  
In August 2008 Jester has been tested prob. clear of Fanconi Syndrome with the Linked Marker Test.
Jester has had a Thyroid Scan. And in order to prepare his breeding registration he has received a genetic fingerprint, his hips have been x-rayed for hip dysplasia, his eyes have been tested.
By now, Jester is registered with the DKK as well.
