Banshee has been at the Animal Hospital in Varde today, to have her hips x-rayed for HD-Status. She managed the sedation quite well and chewed her leash during the time waiting. Now the x-ray pictures will be send to the DKK for the status. We wait for the results within the next 2-3 weeks.

Banshee is in season (heat) now. We expect the date for the mating around 8. - 11. October.

My heart is so heavy. Today my cat Hugin has been run over by a fish-lory. The driver did not see him, because he was disturbed by the sun light. At least the driver did not leave him alone in his last minutes.

I will miss you a lot my "Duesenkind".

Today Vega celebrates her third "New Life Day" with us. Exactely three Years ago she arrived with a whole Dog transport from Spain in Germany. We picked her up as our foster dog. After half a Year, we decided that she better should stay with us, as Jester became her very best friend since the first day they have met.

Banshee has her appointment for the HD-Status Examination on September 29th.

The owner of Suntribe's Shmi Skywalker has asked me not to wait for her for a mating this Year. Due to organisational problems she would like to skip this season and try it again next Year. Well, we wait and see...

Banshee and Jester have been at the Eye-Examination today. Both are Katarakt, PRA and PPM free!
